2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round. Mercatum Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to introduce restrictions on the use of the store.
3. Placing an order should be understood as filling in the "order form" on the store's website by implementing "Order and pay"
4. The person placing the order is obliged to fill in the "order form" fully and in accordance with the facts.
5. After the User places an order on the platform www.b2b5.mercatum.pl, he will receive an automatic reply confirming the order accepted. Lack of confirmation of the order means that the order may not have been accepted for execution.
6. Mercatum Sp. z o.o. in any case, it reserves the right to verify the order and cancel it in cases where there are doubts as to the reliability of such an order or the lack of the ordered goods (in the case of prepayment, the amount is refunded up to 7 business days).
7. Execution of the order will begin on the next working day immediately following the day on which the order was placed. If it is necessary to verify the order, it will be forwarded for execution on the next working day immediately following the day on which it was verified.
8. In case of doubt, it is assumed that the sales contract was concluded with the commencement of the contract.
9. The prices of goods on the offer of the Online Store www.b2b5.mercatum.pl are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT. The given prices do not include shipping costs.
10. The costs of shipping the Goods are covered by the buyer if the net value of the order does not exceed PLN 3,000. After exceeding PLN 3,000 net, the costs of transport are covered by the seller.
11. Mercatum Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer without prior notice. The price change does not apply to orders accepted for execution.
12. Mercatum Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to withdraw individual goods from the offer without prior notice.
13. The customer should check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier for damage during transport. If the buyer finds such damage, a complaint protocol should be drawn up in the presence of the courier. In the case of a courier shipment, drawing up a complaint protocol upon delivery accelerates the consideration of customer claims for damage or theft of the shipment in transport
14. Personal data is not shared with other entities for marketing purposes.
In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of civil law and consumer laws shall apply.
